UNPO Congratulates Jose Ramos-Horta |

July 2006 - UNPO has issued a letter of congratulation to the office of the Prime Minister of East Timor, extending its congratulations on the appointment and inauguration of Mr. Jose Ramos-Horta as Prime Minister earlier this month.
At the inception of UNPO in 1991 East Timor played a key role as one of the founders of the organisation, and UNPO has been highly appreciative of the collaboration of Mr. Jose Ramos-Horta during the years that since followed.
UNPO sincerely wishes Mr. Jose Ramos-Horta success in his position and the formidable tasks that lie ahead for former UNPO Member East Timor.
