In as much as globalization engenders contempt and discrimination for indigenous
peoples all over the world, so is a unitary system of government in a heterogeneous
society (state)
In South Africa, for instance, the majority ethnic groups like Xhosas, Zulus,
Sotho – Twsana tend to discriminate, suppress minority indigenous Vhavenda
–Vhangona peoples. From the look of things they are inclined to commit”
ethnocide”. The Republic of South Africa is a unitary form of state
or government comprised of eleven language groups.
