In connection with the propagation on the site of the state information agency «Chechenpress» of a deliberately false information in the form of the so-called «decree» of the ChRI President No. 627 from 05.03.2004 «On the designation of the Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the ChRI in the Kingdom of Denmark, Usman Ferzauli, as First Deputy Foreign Minister of the ChRI», as well as the distorted denomination of the post of the Minister of Culture, Information and Press A. Zakayev ("First Vice Premier, «Prime Minister», «Special Representative of the President to Foreign Countries») and other crude violations which discredit the policy of the President and the government of the ChRI under wartime conditions,

I DECREE:

1. For carelessness and lack of control with the activity of the State Information Agency «Chechenpress», to declare a severe reprimand to the Minister of Culture, Information and Press (A. Zakayev) as a last warning;

2. To relieve the Minister of Culture, Information and Press (A. Zakayev) from his post of leader of the State Information Agency «Chechenpress»;

3. To the Attorney General of the ChRI (M. Magomadov) to initiate a criminal investigation of the case of forgery of a state document.

5. The decree comes into force at the moment of its signing.
