Guided by article 73, points 2, 4 and 6 of the Constitution of the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria and the «Law about Martial Law», based on the decision of the State Defense Committee of the ChRI about the restructuring of the cabinet of ministers of the ChRI, for the purpose of increasing the effectiveness of the work and the adaptation of the restructured composition of the cabinet of ministers of the ChRI under wartime conditions,

I DECREE:

I. To affirm the cabinet of ministers of CHRI in the following composition:

1. Chairman of the cabinet of ministers — Aslan Aliyevich Maskhadov;
2. Minister of public health — Umar Khanbiyev;
3. Minister of finances — Supyan Abdullayev;
4. Minister of culture, information and press — Ahmed Zakayev;
5. Minister of internal affairs — Apti Sulumhajiyev;
6. Minister of national security — Dokka Umarov;
7. Minister of social protection — Apti Bisultanov;
8. Minister of foreign affairs — Il’yas Ahmadov;
9. Minister of justice — Kazbek Mahashev;
10. Minister of communication — Vahit Murdashev;
11. Minister of economy — Isa Bisayev;
12. Minister of education and science — Abdul-Vahab Husainov;
13. Secretary of state- Zyauddi Aibuyev.

II. The decree comes into force at the moment of its signing.
