Based on article 73, points 2, 4 and 6 of the Constitution
of the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria, as well as the «Law about Martial
Law», in connection with Russia’s continuing long-time genocidal
war against the sovereign state of the ChRI and with the loss of individual
members of the Chechen government, for the purpose of restructuring and increasing
the effectiveness of the work of the cabinet of ministers of the ChRI under
wartime conditions,
I DECREE:
1. To dissolve the cabinet of ministers of the ChRI in its
entirety;
2. To the chairman of the cabinet of ministers of the ChRI
(A.A. Maskhadov), within two weeks to present the State Defense Committee of
the ChRI with a new structure and the members of the restructured cabinet of
ministers of the ChRI.
3. The edict comes into force at the moment of its signing.
