Somaliland president H.E Dahir Rayale met with a UNDP- and World Bank delegation led by Mr. Mark Bowden. The two sides discussed issues relating to the Somaliland’s voter registration program, the upcoming elections and Somaliland’s economic development programs as well as the security issues and the role the UNDP will be taking in these matters.
