Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan, who is currently visiting Iraq, met with Turkmen ministers and parliamentarians over dinner on Monday [28 March 2011]. The gathering was closed to press. 

Deputies; Sheikh Taki al-Mevla, Ersad Salihi, Jale Neftci, Hasan Ozmen, Mudrike Ahmet, Nebil Harbo, Muhammed Osman, Abbas Bayati, and ministers Turhan Muftu and Casim Muhammed Cafer attended the dinner. 

Prior to the dinner, Erdogan separately met with Ammar al-Hakim, the leader of the Supreme Islamic Iraqi Council (ISCI), Iyad Allawi, the leader of the Iraqi List, and Ibrahim al-Jaafari, the leader of the National Alliance.
