Unrepresented Nations and Peoples Organization

Guided by article 73, p. 4 of the Constitution of the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria, for the purpose of restructuring the apparatus of representatives of the ChRI President abroad,

I DECREE:

1. To relieve the special representatives of the ChRI President abroad
from their envoy posts in their entirety;

2. To the General Representative of the ChRI President abroad (U. Khanbiyev) within two weeks to present a new structure and composition of the restructured apparatus of representatives of the ChRI President abroad;

4. The decree comes into force at the moment of its signing.
